Woolf’s Hale Village site was recently awarded 34.5 in Westminster Council’s Considerate Builder Scheme.  This is well above average and continues the trend for Woolf projects successes at audit.   Woolf received a minimum in all categories of 4 out of a possible 5, denoting a ‘high level beyond compliance’ across the board.  In many categories the site attained 4.5 out of a possible 5, putting it within a hair’s breadth of the ‘exceptional measures taken’ category.

Considerate Builders Scheme auditor, Malcolm Vicars, said “It is good to note the enthusiasm that is shown for the scheme and the desire to achieve as high a score as possible. The site continues to impress in many ways and has in some areas improved its performance since the last visit.” 

Woolf’s Operations Director John Hodges is delighted with the score and will be treating the team to a well deserved night out to celebrate.  “The team has performed very well throughout the course of the project.  They have focused on not only health and safety, but also ensuring that it is a great workplace for the guys on site and is considerate towards their neighbours and the environment.”
