John Hodges – Operations Director & Retail
John has extensive experience of construction management; a large proportion of this in the challenging retail sector. He is proficient at dealing with fast track and concept projects, often working with the client directly to assist in the development of the business case and brief. Secondment to clients to assist with project rescues has also given John the necessary skills to identity potential issues and provide solutions as part of a cohesive team. As Operations Director, John has responsibility for overseeing the successful delivery of all Woolf projects.
David Charlwood – Ultra-prime Residential / Museums / Restoration
David is an experienced Construction Director with an extensive knowledge of construction processes and management. He is particularly skilled with managing the design and procurement process, as well as the pro-active function of planning supervision in successful construction delivery. His working knowledge has been built up from a construction management background that has been developed through specialist training supported by practical experience. He specialises in high end residential, delivering landmark projects in central London.
Eamonn Rogan – Hotels, Leisure & Commercial Fit-out
Eamonn is one of Woolf’s leading Construction Directors specialising in difficult projects involving intensive client interface for the development of project strategy. He is a specialist in complex logistical jobs, particularly in city centre locations, and oversees a number of Woolf’s projects.
Andy Mason – Planning & Aviation
Andrew joined our team in 2001 and now leads our Preconstruction and Construction Planning Services. He combines experience and passion to bring innovative and practical solutions to your construction project or development. In a career spanning nearly 25 years, Andrew’s experience within the industry is diverse, with a personal project portfolio ranging from £500k up to £400m and from pre planning application to initial operation. This wealth of experience allows Andrew and his team to provide pragmatic and realistic programming and logistical support to almost any type of project no matter what its stage of development.
