Project: Unite, Hale Village Location: Tottenham Hale Client: Unite Value: £35m Scope: New build student accommodation
Woolf has now completed and handed over this major £35m project for Unite, the student accommodation provider.
Forming part of a much larger scheme, once finished, the 12-acre site, which was once home to furniture manufacturer Harris Lebus, will include 1,210 apartments, a 120-bed hotel, 50,000sq ft of retail space, a supermarket, a dentist, a doctor's surgery and a primary school
Hale Village, one of the biggest developments in Haringey's history, has a development value of £400m, of which the Unite development comprises £53m with a construction budget of £35m.
This marks the first of several developments by Unite earmarked for delivery under a construction management programme.
Capita Symonds, Woolf's parent company, has provided Unite with design and engineering services on the project.
