Now our 6th project for Redevco, Connaught Place is situated on the junction of Bayswater Road and the Edgware Road at Marble Arch. Currently, 1-4 Connaught Place consists of 4 early Victorian 5-storey houses overlooking Hyde Park which are being used as offices in their current state. The £12m project involves converting the 4 individual properties to 2 distinct entities, each with its own entrance. Numbers 1-3 Connaught Place will be converted to commercial office space, while No 4 Connaught Place will be converted to 10 luxury residential units. Completion is planned for October 2008.
