Woolf has secured the contract to manage a major project for Unite, the student accommodation provider. The team, led by Senior Project Manager Simon Batter, will construct the £35m Hale Village development in Tottenham Hale. Hale Village, which has a development value of £53m and a construction budget of £35m - marks the first of several developments earmarked for delivery under a Construction Management programme.
