Woolf’s supply chain management system is used to evaluate, select, and log our supplier and contractor information.

In addition to maintaining records of the supply chain and making them readily available to all Woolf procured projects, the SCMS also interfaces with other Woolf systems to enable an effective interchange of information to provide compliance and performance monitoring consistent with the Construction Management approach.

The SCMS provides a clear and auditable track record of the procurement process and ensures that we use suppliers and contractors that are best suited to meet our clients’ requirement.

The process starts with suppliers registering on our SCMS and completing an online prequalification questionnaire, followed by provision of the requested supporting documentation. Once all of the information is received, we will conduct an assessment of financial, technical, health & safety and environmental standing to confirm the suitability to work on our projects. A follow-up meeting may then be held in order to establish suitability and standing for a particular project.
